Another day, another post.

 Today is August 31, 2025.

Tomorrow is SEPTEMBER!!!!! Can you even believe it? I can't.  So now starts Fall, chilly mornings and nights. Hunting. Scrapbooking. lots of indoor activities. it is a great time to research computer stuff such as Newsletters, Stampin' Up!' DBWS. make sure all of my product is inventoried. So many things. I do want to get better at you tube videos, work on a consistency schedule. I just probably name all the things that i want to do and learn.  

Then there are the problems that you tend to run into, such as... computers. Technology.  

I bought a smaller lightweight laptop a couple of years ago because it would be so nice to have it when I travel anywhere. But when I went back home to visit my mom this summer, I could not get Stampin' Up! page to load. I kept getting errors such as session expired. Please login again.  But when I went to log in again, it just spins and spins and then says it again. I tried clearing my browser history, removing the saved icon and just typing it in my browser. So many things. Every other website that i look at loads right up. I just don't know.  So, I pull out my old laptop. It still works just fine. But man, it takes forever to load anything, and I constantly get the (not responding) message. But I finally got it to load and now ima just letting it think about its behavior before I use it anymore tonight. Oh, yeah! my phone works really well for the Stampin' Up! website but......it is so small compared to a computer screen. Well, what do you do?  

I am working on updating some projects onto my DBWS and I also want to learn how to make great PDFs for my projects.

How is the consistency coming along you ask?

 Well, If you have to ask... I probably still need to work on it some more. I almost did not post anything at all on here in August. And I had not posted since the 4th of July. You really would think that my life is boring, but it is really not. It is very exciting most days. I had a wonderful August, and I really cannot believe that I did not share any of it with you.

August 6th, I flew out of Denver to go back to Washington State where I grew up and all of my family is still there. I arrived at the airport, and my sister Katherine came to pick me up with our mom and Dad. We went back to her house (that I hadn't seen before) and picked up Shane. We all went to dinner, and this amazing burger joint that was so dirty but delicious. We had to ask an employee if they could wash the tables for us. It was a bunch of young kids, and it was a great evening. Then we went home to Ferndale. 

 My mom and I went to the beach, and we played with our Cricut machines. We bought them a few years ago and really haven't used them much since we don't really know how to do much on them.  But we went to Hobby Lobby and bought some canvas bags of different shapes and sizes and then we practiced with iron on vinyl.... The funny thing about iron on vinyl is that you really have to follow the time frame or you over iron it. And really, they sell all of these different heat presses that they want you to use so they don't recommend a regular iron. They said your regular iron does not get hot enough. Funny thing though is that when we looked up how hot an iron gets, it gets way hotter than the recommended settings. 

We started a (hopefully) annual girls' day where one of the days that I am there, mom, Kellie, myself, Katherine and Emily all get together and do something fun. this year Emily was not able to make it but the rest of us went to Deception Pass. It was so amazing, I had never been.

We also had our beach day where all the family shows up at the beach and we all just hang out. This year, I planned my vacation to be a week later than normal so I would be able to see the Finch family. (they are usually camping the week prior, when I usually visit). So, they all came to the beach, and we had so much fun. 

The trip home was a long one as my plane kept being delayed. But I got home safe and sound.  

And that just about sums up my post for tonight as it is almost bedtime. Well after Tom gets home, and we have dinner, and our hot tub. So many things left to do.
